There are issues in California though and Blue Line has had trouble getting in there since the start. The ground there is pretty much taken by a few at most. At least, that was a major point years ago. There was also some legal issues as I recall..as in..."only so many players".

I think they reached too far out from home...but at that time, maybe such was needed.
