Seems to me this was a fairly complicated filing for an OTC-Pink company. NSAV disclosed information on many definitive agreements & acquisitions involving TG Private Equity, SBCDF, Virtuabroker, Rydehails, HKOTC, Technicorum, BQEX, Metaverse Network, Vagabond, Acoin, Hive, etc. plus the Grover litigation, and various other topics. Yes, they should have completed these reports on time, but I have to say there was a LOT to report on and lots of review by (probably) several people. The scope and complexity of these reports are kind of impressive and will be even more so if these ventures generate revenues in Q4.
