Interesting tidbit - "The Company has also authorized 30,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock, of which24,000,000 shares are issued to the Company’s CEO, Steve Berman. Each share of Series A Preferred Stock is entitled to 5,000 votes, giving Mr. Berman voting control of the Company" - He already holds 100%, but I guess he will have even more now.

Maybe he plans to give some to Alan Bailey?
