Good questions but above my pay grade and knowledge. I have asked the Board a few times as to the DEA quota allotment and specifically whether Elite can maintain the pharmacies that Lannett serviced for their Adderall inventory. Drugdoctor or someone in the field may have the answer. The uncertainty of self distributing would be alleviated with a cogent reassuring response.
