,,,this thread of employee discourse (for the moment) in saying that when I read ALL of the crap a few Q-emp-claiments writing all of the defensive drivel , I'd like to challenge anyone to post these ferocious "attacks" they KEEP insisting is taking place on them .
Honestly , I havem't seen ANY unreasonable attempted dialog . Nothing CLOSE to what investors have sustained for YEEEEEARSza has been mentioned . In fact , truth be told , IMO it is they that throw down a gauntlet of "don't question me or you'll get whining that will hurt your ears!" .
So , I will watch for all of the terrible things (reposted) said in ATTACK towards them . I don't think itsa gonna happen . I think they are just playing the DGE card . A rather naucious thing .
I am posting from the CFlynn post that 6IX days later says the SAME damned thing I brought here in response to cabo .
And THA was supporting the idea of unity and realizing that the emps are running a first salvo/strike that will benefit all .
~ Note; The minor smack I threw @ JackE was because (I can) the guy grates me like a shreaking bird at the zoo .
Altho he AGREES/reiterates with (in mess#265282) my post/sentiment below , he (typically) goes on to whine like a drama queen about "personal attacks" and the like .
Challenge JaCk; Post em ! Post some/ANY-thing that warrants your return here after 6IX months of hybernation to lash back like you've been harmed .
Talk about thin skinned , I will repeat , NOTHING has been insinuated that investors on every MB gets a 10x's dose DAILY .
Before I leave (for the while) I would like to say , I have NOTHING against ANNNYONE that took a hit from this debacle .
It has been a hard road and I for one feel a kinship with the Q-Airliner of folks that has crashed .
Below is my 1IRST commentary . From there my intention was ONLY for to share my desire for SHAREHOLDER representation (NOT to degradate employees) urged by the Employeent Div being so willing (as always) to represent employees .
And FTR , I wouldn't (probably) have even taken the trouble to comment or give the failure of the various agencies failing shareholders more than the normal frustrated "Hmmmph" except for the fact that when I called and talked the Ms Stevason (Attorney for Emp breech) I was surprised to find that she didn't have much Q-history or knowledge of the who's what's where's etc .
She was hungry for material/info , and I could hear in her voice a certain futility anticipating much headway . So when JackE self-appreciatingly says; "...be aware that the work that chris, myself and others have been doing behind the scenes will only help you guys/gals ti find some resolutions." , it would seem that there is more WORK to do my friends .

~ I think it's relative to recovery/prosecution in general .
As some claim BK absolves Frank & co of indebtedness , if they can show Frank/Fan are liable to employees , the next square would be liabilty to debtors and shareholders .
Whether "collections" ever sees the light of day , the pure justice of criminal prosecution will be something better than the pure "in your face" screwing so many took .
