i love this theory A LOT

the timing ( new calendar year )
paired with the hiccups with OTC but staying Pink
paired with the transfer agent ( possibly changing ) for this purpose

all VERY Interesting

BUT

i'm not getting my hopes up because within 10 minutes of me typing this we could be right back to "normal" and sit at these levels for a long time.
