You are correct, in my opinion. To state that income and identify it as “related party” should sound the alarms in any astute investor, in my opinion. The are basically staying for the record, look at this income, but it did not come from us, it is from someone else, and individual or company related to this one.

Are we the only 2 people on earth that see the potential HUGE problem here ? Shareholders cannot hold him liable, the company makes it abundantly clear, the income isn’t theirs, but coming through a related party, In my opinion.

I own nothing of this company, and I do not understand what this company does to produce income.

But I can read and have above average intelligence
