My most previous post here was 11 calendar days ago, this post is an experiment to see if tomorrow is a red day based simply on this post being posted, and if stocks rise based on a 10-14 day delay after my most previous post. If the experiment is true then that would suggest that a group of investors is seeking stocks that are under the radar but which “have a believable story” in order to launder FTX funds or other illegally procured crypto or war related assets without anyone (authorities) noticing, there was no news on this stock today and it was up 40%, this company failed to produce what it publicly promised in its PRs as previously documented, meaning the stock should in theory be declining and an investigation into false public statements should be initiated by multiple law firms to recover investor losses. Why hasn’t that occurred here. One has to wonder whether the entire market is fraudulent (a pre-conceived algorithm that factors in real trades installed during the market shutdown on 9/11/01 as a way to stabilize the economy), being manipulated on a large scale, and/or used as a tool for criminal activity based on the price action today in this stock unless there is a better explanation. The SEC charged the former CEO of McDonald’s with false statements, this type of enforcement action needs to multiplied by 10,000% in 2023.

““Versus will be using its patented technologies in-venue, at NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAA, and other sporting events and, beginning in Q4 of this year, in Over-The-Top (OTT) television and streaming media.”

Prove that this public statement occurred. If it didn’t occur then the quote above is a false public statement. Tomorrow is January 10, one would think that a company with that type of promise would alert the investor community to fulfilling that promise within the first few days of the new quarter, at the latest.
