I dare say Barry is feeling fairly satisfied with how his lien is working so far. If nothing else it's costing Eddie money, frustrating his efforts to use this ticker to fleece others and is generally making his life miserable. Apparently that's worth plenty to Barry or he would just withdraw it and move on.
