SEDAR or EDGAR with respect to the cost and timing of the development of its Enos surgical system. The timeline shown above is only for informational purposes as
previously disclosed prior to December 6, 2022, detailing the sequence of events that would likely need to be completed for a commercial launch of the Enos surgical
system and does not depict the actual target dates of completion of the indicated milestones. As of December 6, 2022, the Company has limited its work to tasks
related to (i) the strategic review process announced on November 30, 2022, (ii) the IDE filing, and (iii) fulfilling certain other contractual development and supply 20 obligations.
