That is hilarious - the OTCM information is provided by the company - plus CCTL is a Form 15 company and Dark.

Your post shows that you lack a basic understanding of securities - and you don't understand how OTC share selling schemes work.

As I posted facts about Schaefer stepping down as the CEO he never lists the stock he owns and calls the shots - don't you ever do any research - and believing everything on the OTCM profile.

CCTL was revoked in 2010 then hijacked in 2012 by Schaefer.

And here is Schaefer stepping down as CEO.

"LOS ANGELES, CA- April 20, 2016 Platforms Wireless International Corporation (OTC: PLFM) Bill Schaefer, CEO of the company, announces today in furtherance of the business strategy of Platforms Wireless International Corporation, that the Board of Directors has deemed it appropriate to approve the resignation of Bill Schaefer from his position as CEO and appoint Boris Golan as the new CEO of the company."

Then go to the latest financials and you will find that Schaefer isn't shown as a shareholder. And as usual he is never shown as a stockholder.

Schaefer also did a Reverse Split of 1:20000.
