No, its an issue with the DOT terminology. When they changed the shielding I expect that they were able to confirm that they would be able to get the shipping container to less than 0.5 mR/hr on contact. Based on total activity shipped, this now allows you to ship either as a labelled White I Type A (UN2915) or as an Excepted Package of Radioactive Material (UN2910). The way they have it listed it appears that they think that a White I Type A Package is a UN2910, which it is not.
