Posted below is an old write-up on Substack about NLST. It gives a pretty good general overview of events up to the date of the article March 2, 2021. As of the date of this article NLST closed at $1.50 PPS, over the next four months and twenty days, NLST reached a $10.20 intra-day high, but because of the unexpected time-consuming obfuscation and delay tactics of Google and Samsung, and might I add market manipulation, we have retraced below and then back to the current $1.69 PPS. The article has a few nuggets in it that unless you are a long-time investor in NLST you probably aren't aware of. Of course, quite a few things have happened since then which I stated before that have only slowed down the process, but Netlist continues to march ahead albeit slower than we would all prefer. There is one paragraph toward the end of the article which should catch an investor's attention and cause due consideration. Here is that paragraph, "We anticipate that once Netlist either settles or wins cases against these three defendants other infringers will quickly move to settle. Netlist will have established itself as a necessary licensor for pretty much any high-speed server memory product, much like Qualcomm did with its patents in cellular technology". To me, that is a very realistic goal for every long-term investor to consider. Yes, someday NLST could become another Qualcomm story. Qualcomm owned foundational patents pertaining to cellular technology much like Netlist owns seminal patents for high-speed server memory products today. The following is a short rundown of Qualcomm's meteoric rise to the behemoth it is today.

August 31, 1992, Qualcomm closed at .36 cents a share.
February 24, 1994, declared a 2:1 stock split
September 24, 1998, declared a .07-cent annual dividend
May 11, 1999, declared a 2:1 stock split
December 31, 1999, declared a 4:1 stock split
March 12, 2003, declared a .025-cent quarterly dividend which over the years has progressed to a present .75-cent quarterly dividend
August 16, 2004, declared a 2:1 stock split
January 8, 2023, Qualcomm's stock price is $115.34 and has been as high as $188.20 this past year.

You do the math on what a $360 dollar investment for 1,000 shares of Qualcomm back in 1992 would be worth today. Will NLST follow in the footsteps of Qualcomm? Is this possibility really real? Only time will tell, but in my opinion yes it's really real!
