I don't disagree ... policy makers don't seem to be listening to him anyway so it's all moot until they initiate the process that executes the release and we see what hand we are dealt ... my point was just to clarify Tim's position that was somewhat distorted over the entire thread (not by you) ... a lot rides on these remaining law suits because if the judicial route continues the government (treasury/fhfa) will see that as a green light to do as they please ... then I fear execution of the warrants could be the least of our worries ...

in my opinion ANYTHING that dilutes or abrogates any of the value or rights of commons or JPS is theft, but if we lose all the lawsuits without any support from the courts then it becomes difficult to state specifically what those rights and values should be ... when all lawsuits are settled, and the government deals the cards then the companies will be left with raising capital according to the realities of their balance sheet ... what we will be left with if we feel our rights or values have been treaded upon is suing either the government or the companies - both prospects present great difficulties
