Guido, not disagreeing with you but how are you fighting this on an individual level? Writing and posting on this no barrier to entry board does not qualify as fighting.

If you have other direct ways such as throwing some rotten eggs at DeMarco I'd be happy to join you.

Otherwise we can't fight this on an individual level. We have yet to win a thing in court. We ate at 40 cents and barely hanging on.
