From a 25 page document of the lawsuit submitted on 12/23/22:

Here, as explained in the Facts section, above, Bredeson frustrated Defendants’ ability to
satisfy what she alleges were Defendants’ contractual obligations. Acting as Service 800’s sole
Officer, Bredeson redirected Service 800 cashflow to herself, ended and failed to replace Service
800’s longstanding source of financing, and shielded all of this from Beyond Commerce.
Bredeson, therefore, not only hindered Defendants’ performance, but she ensured Defendants did
not have the ability to comply with her own demands or with Defendants’ other obligations.

Anyone can go to otcmarkets.com back in 2020 and you'll see that BYOC got a 5 million dollar line of credit, due to the financial conditions that Jean left S800 at. Lot of other evidence to support this in the 10Qs, as well.

My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
Please do not buy, sell, hold based on my opinion!
