I see them uplisting to otcqb honestly.
They can't afford nasdaq if apsi is paying payments to tradition every 90 days.
That's just my opinion.
The SS will not stay at 17 mil O/S if they seek acquisitions aggressively if it took long to close the tradition terms , not even paid for , acquisitions could take time IMHO.
This might take some time to get any movement nobody really is attracted to a trucking buisness with high diesel prices and a shaky post pandemic economy .
Wait and see .
