It was updated a week or two ago. PLEASE tell me how unrestricted shares go up and you auto assume its company dumping? Literally in the middle of a REG A offering where shares are distributed immediately/ready to trade and transferred from the TA, hence the update. Sure, dumping though. I dont think management has sold one share in 5 years.
