And yes, he is a serial liar as well as serial fraudster (per the courts).
I see he is still claiming that he would be trying to "settle" a civil court case where he stole money from a customer (a lot of money) and used the cash to spend on himself and his lavish lifestyle.

Lawyers cost a lot of money. He has a felony court date Jan 13th.
Maybe he can't funnel enough cash from HPNN and bridge loans he refuses to pay back to pay?
It would interesting if he asks for a public defender for his felony charges
