Sorry you were in too early. We've all been there, many times, so we get it. Can't remember a single OTC company that didn't dilute; that's their standard form of financing. Just hoping that a huge franchise deal will result in the settlement of their notes in order for the franchise deal to go through. No guarantees but the potential is huge if it happens.

It makes me wonder that if in the future we may have many different micro-brewery franchises, just like we see restaurant and coffee shop franchises. Why not? The profit margins certainly suggest it's a wise business move and America seems to have an insatiable thirst for craft beers!
