It's speculation these shares will be used payoff the debt and not sold into the float. imo

Not sure how anyone can be bullish when the management explicitly state that. Dilution is coming.

"The Convertible Notes and the Convertible Securities (collectively, the “Convertible Instruments”) can be converted into no less than 2.7 billion shares of our Common Stock. The Company is in the process of converting all such Convertible Instruments into Common Stock. "
