If they made effed up and forgot to put Preferred in there then they would be wise to issue a correction as soon as possible.

That would be a pretty severe omission.

Plus it's not like they didn't have the phrase fresh in mind - they made sure to specify Preferred when referring to AAPT in the very sentence right before that one.
