Exactly!

(1). The SCOTUS seems ready to reign in these federal agencies with their tremendous power (legislative, executive, and Judicial Branch like powers, ALL IN ONE AGENCY). These federal agencies (like FHFA) rule over our lives as Americans much more than you think, both indirectly and directly.

(2). The Major Questions Doctrine applies to the federal agencies and the FHFA is a government agency.

If shareholders don't receive meaningful relief in this 1st round of litigation this could be worth a try.
