the fact it's still Pink indicates the OTC themselves are not functioning properly...

who knows ... even though it's the stock market and we all assume they can't possibly have problems with their operations they are still human beings. Could be covid? staffing shortages? incompetence ?

whatever it is they are not functioning properly... Even if Bishop is late filing they are still not changing our Pink status which would by law be necessary
