21st Century is nothing more than another carrot dangled by the Co. to keep interest in this.
I think the Co. has itself convinced its a real and successful spinoff.
At one point I thought it was blatant deceit on the part of management to screw shareholders. I'm now leaning more towards it being just plain incompetence and inability to be successful .

They have a mediocre product and a service but don't have the business savvy to turn it into a revenue producing entity.
