Last I heard he was to be extradited. Don’t know if he was or not.
Looks like we wait til around the end of month for Judge to rule on Wade’s appeal. If he rules against him , he then will have to rule on all his shares, which at present are worthless. So. They really can’t be used to pay back 20 mil to us or Luiz or the IRS etc. So what happens to them? Does he rule they go back to co for now and are in limbo with all the rest? Probably. Does the IRS get first dibs if they trade again? Probably. But only the Judge knows for now. I’m thinking that decision will take another couple months. If any shareholders are capable of going to the next proceeding, they should. Speak up about how over 1,000 of us have been harmed by Wade and associates for over 20 years in some cases. I’m thinking the JD will be there to cuff him the minute proceedings are over and he denies his appeal. You don’t get to blow over 2mil$ in employees tax withholdings and walk away laughing back to your Uber job. I’m hoping they have at the bare minimum garnisheed his paychecks up to now. The Judge needs to hear from all of us who have been harmed. Our lawyer also should be hammering away at how shareholders have been harmed. He was convicted of theft, fraud and embezzlement for Christ’s sake! LOCK HIM UP! NOW!
