So I just called the live support this morning on the Delaware corporate website. She said that if the filing is showing up when you pay the $20, then it is was already processed. They are currently working on the December 8th filings for non expedited filings, but for $100 fee they do same day. She said that considering the fact that we see the filing is in the system, then the merger has been processed already and they went the expedited route. Not sure what melvin is waiting to announce for or is there another step? The lady on live support said that once filed, everything on delaware’s end was complete
