Hello to anyone still paying attention.
When CS Mining, acquired CPRK, I was under the understanding that CPRK would receive 1% of the common voting equity in CS Mining and 2% in warrants for CS common voting equity as stated in an article from Sep 20, 2011. Does anyone know the status of this or am I just uninformed?
