If the objective of Mr. Ehrlich is only to keep control on Ipix cash and have his salary for 5 - 7 years more why would he forfeit 113 million votes on the direction and control of Ipix? It is almost 25% control and it does not fit your story.

I can imagine three reasons he would do this but for one I am not super sure. The reasons do not involve the objective to sleep on a CEO salary for 5 - 7 years.

Mr. Ehrlich and I now have almost the same share numbers in Ipix but he has ten times more votes than me.
