That's why he needs to do a RS now, to clean up the share structure. We are still at a low price now just from mentioning RS, so now is the time to do it.

It would create new bottom though. A 1 for 100 now would put us at $0.03, and that would relax to the 0.0085 to 0.01 range, but hell, do it now. Rip off the band-aid.

Or- Don't mention RS and do a name / ticker change and RS at the same time, and start fresh.
