As far as the MM's want to take this. There is absolutely NO resistance to what they have been systematically doing for the past year+. The MM's win if they can get the company to do a RS... then they will start it all over again. Kinda sickening if you stop and think about it. Been SERIOUS DOWNWARD PRESSURE for quite some time by the MM's on this one.

Management has NO CONTROL of the trajectory of their Share Price... it's ALL the MM's.
