Only way is if the Company buys in the open and retires the shares back into treasury.

They would have to drop an update or add it as a Subsequent event in the next Q. They don’t have to 8k any corporate action.

Looks to me, someone is either rebuying their EOY dumps for a 2022 paper tax loss, or insiders are buying prior to news. Volume has been flat. As expected. I’d love to slap for another 10k, but all my dry powder is going into that Nat gas play in Turkey.
