Hasn't happened yet, so it clearly isn't a victory, just an ardent hope, and to be fair also an implied promise or guarantee by Emil and Rich's agents working social media so assiduously if ineffectively.

And many of those sucked in the glory days of this rather obvious scam will need rather more than a 15 cent pps (appproximately 1000% increase on the current pps) to recoup their losses on their original speculation on this would-be patent troll.
