That Twitter account is run by a troll seeking to degrade the Shareprice either to buy lower or for revenge against the company, to force the company to communicate, to prove the company doesn’t care if it doesn’t denounce the fake account, could be either on principle or as part of an federal investigation, or simply for the lolz, or all or some of the above, fake Twitter accounts for companies that break PR official promises are seen as a win win since the company in question already violated the law by making false public statements without public apology or explanation, all imo, ssm monopoly etc is pretty well known amongst investors so the fact that the liars haven’t been prosecuted shows the impotence and unwillingness of the authorities to regulate the market.
