I would bet (pure speculation on my part), that if no mention of RS had happened in the 11/8 press release from $PLPL this share price would be flying high right now as people anticipate the (possible) new (scammer) owner and name change.

I agree, Tad knows what would happen after RS, which makes me think that Tad may not care, because he plans to get out completely if the deal goes through (doubt it will)- meaning he takes cash only and no series B preferred or other dividends. Tad wouldn't care if the price drops after announcement of a RS (if the deal goes through or otherwise), since this has been at 0.0002 and 0.0003 already many times in the last 2 years.

I also agree with you - I think this deal will fall apart, but it could be a couple months until we find out. And, as you said, Tad may want to RS anyway for better share structure.
