No more "in the process or final draft stage" of the audit. From today's BMXI press release: ...The Board of
Directors anticipates the completion of the audit within the first quarter of this year...

...The audited financial statements will be released upon completion
of the audit. The Company will provide official updates as necessary...

Expect the audit filing this quarter is what I read into this. PR did not say audit process to be reported on or final draft stage of audit to be reported on.

The company anticipates audit completion this quarter.
