Since you now own shares of NNLX can you not call for a SH meeting? On the other hand, if you now own the company name and the original NNLX corp. doesn't legally exist anymore I'm not sure if anything can be done. Wouldn't even matter if Bret paid the $400k back... which I'm sure he doesn't have or would be willing to do. Only way that would happen would be if there was a contract with a production company to produce and market RVA and/or N-assay and we all know the chances of that happening... 0. Like I said, if you want the backing of share holders you need to bring something to the table for them as well.
