They could go that route to avoid diluting ownership. LG just became majority share holders in Jan. 2021 and would probably like to retain as much control as possible.

It's also hard to ignore the fact that Sexton has kept this shell compliant for so long without so much as a peep. Somethings obviously been cooking and it has the potential to be a real doozy imo. Advertising directly to smart tvs/devices will be huge! And LG is positioning itself to be the leaders in this sector. Absolutely blows my mind that Sexton was made CEO/COO.

Still just speculation of course, but any involvement for AIMH and we're good as gold. GLTA
