I said Nader was a crook and I laid out the case and I was 100 percent correct. Had the BOD replaced him after the FDA smack down letter or the RTF, both of which were cause for removal, the drug may have had a chance for HIV.
I have been invested since 2012 and knew the original CEO and a former COB. Patterson and 13D wanted control because they saw the potential and realized Nader was inept and a crook. Nader totally wasted over $400m and he absolutely knew the data submitted to FDA was flawed.
Why did that idiot buy so much product from Samsung knowing approval was never coming? He had to know the CD 12 trial was under dosed, yet went ahead anyway. Why? Nader is corrupt and did everything for sole purpose of pumping the SP. PERIOD.
No action exhibited by Nader was for the focused purpose of bringing the drug to market and many other executives and BOD members had to know that. Me and others saw that years ago and called him out. Nader sycophants called us “shorties”. I Never shorted a stock, only wanted an honest, credentialed CEO, which is the opposite of Nader.
If one has the chops represented in law enforcement investigations, they would understand the extremely high probability of Nader being convicted after being indicted. That is why Federal investigations take so long. They are virtually guaranteed to get a conviction with a guilty plea and no trial most likely. The company will likely be fined/punished for complete lack of corporate governance, and internal conflicts of interest with the COB who reported to Nader in his day job. SMH.
On the other hand, someone we know, was a staunch supporter of Nader and has been completely inaccurate in all predictions.
