Most underrepresented aspect of the company by management: the financial burden of legal costs on the clinical trial process.

At this moment, CYDY is burning cash monthly on the Amarex arbitration, multiple shareholder lawsuits (one of which appears to be headed for settlement) and interactions with the SEC/DOJ. That doesn’t include administrative legal costs for business operations. This burden will increase as additional shareholder lawsuits are filed.
