CONTEMPT ORDER FOR INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH, INC. and GEORGE STUART BURCHILL,
Defendant is held in contempt for violating the terms of the Stipulated Order dated November 15, 2022.
1. Defendant Industrial Nanotech, Inc. is in breach of the Stipulated Order by failing to send certified funds to Plaintiff in the sum of $74,121.51 on or before November 23, 2022.
2. Defendant Industrial Nanotech,Inc. is in breach of the Stipulated Order by failing to issue 273,799,200 shares of common stock on or before November 28, 2022.
3. Defendant Industrial Nanotech, Inc. is in breach of the Stipulated Order by failing to withdraw it Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings
5. Defendant does not have sufficient transferrable shares of common stock to issue to Plaintiff per the terms of the Stipulated Order.
6. Defendant is ordered to pay Plaintiff the sum of $75,785.85 in certified funds within five (5) days of the date of this Order.
7. If Defendant fails to pay the certified funds in the sum of $75,785.85 within five (5) days, a civil penalty is imposed in the sum of $1,000.00 a day for each day that Defendant fails to issue payment of $75,785.85.
