Based on the comments from the CEO over recent months, he has a vested interest in getting the SP up organically. Think about it, the float is already pretty low, so an RS won't do but so much. If those F/S are real, then the audit will rocket the SP better than an RS can.

The CEO is probably holding the audit report just like he held the report released on Thursday (the jab). Next week would be an excellent time to throw that devastating right hand. The reduction of the O/S and NYSE uplist are the KO double-left hooks.
