Wishing everyone on the Board a Very Happy New Year. May 2023 bring us all the important things in life - health, happiness, good friends, family and prosperity.
2023 will be the year when NioCorp will finally be able to realize the construction of the mine.
The following things we can look forward to in sequence or overlapping:
1) Results from the Demo Plant - viability of REE, process simplification
2) Approval from SEC and NB and GXII shareholders for the merger
3) Listing on the NASDAQ
4) Updated and final FS
5) Some funding from Government - Loan or grants
6) Debt arrangement - maybe soon after the merger/listing in one or two phases
7) Off-take agreements for REE and some more Scandium
8) Start the work with surface and underground long lead activities
AND THIS IS ONLY FOR 2023!
I am regularly surprised that supposedly intelligent folks are bashing management and our project, yet they say they have shares in our company. Still trying to figure out the logic of that. Then there are others who say that they do not have shares but still post here. Must have lots of spare time. And the killer is the same repeated arguments. Of course the agenda that they have may answer many of my questions. I understand that any views that question what is going on with the project are valid as it is a huge and complex project and there are many ways of doing things - we do not have the full view of what the company is facing in progressing the project, we are just armchair critics. A major confidence builder is a substantial holding of shares by the Mark- what happens to our shares happens to his but in a much bigger way and so I cannot see how he would not do his best in whatever circumstances being faced.
REGARDLESS, HERE IS TO A VERY HAPPY AND CONSTRUCTIVE 2023!
