I'm guessing it was for tax purposes. I doubt that something significant happened at the end of the year in a holiday week, with Monday being another holiday.

But whatever it was, my 60,000 shares are now worth $6. We sit in a vacuum with no news and no idea when we'll any news, and if the stock will ever trade freely again. But since the most I can lose in 2023 is $6, the risk/reward is favorable.
