Luckily I have no debt, having enough social security for monthly apt rent and everyday needs.

I guess there are folks unable to get a small bank load, and must do this place.

Probably folks that gamble or invest in penny stocks for a quick return.

Probably folks living pay check to pay check after buying a too-nice house or car.
