Looking at the trading I believe the O/S is well over 1B by now so the good news is he has less than 1B left to dump!

Remember Ed has told many here that he provided an interest free loan to the company of 6Mil! Look at the PR again and sure looks to me like liquidate, get his money back and with the heat that is on him let the shell die. I do not believe he will try any R/S with this shell.
