Obviously amended? If anything would have been amended it would have been announced publicly as always. To bad this wasn’t amended and no there was no deal that paid the creditors lol. Folks need to stop listening to the lies on tweeter and the garbage coming from IE and crew. If anyone wants the truth simply read the court docs.
Only a few of the secured creditors got distributions and it wasn’t much. The unsecured got nothing and the shareholders got nothing. It’s all there for anyone to read.
So we are back to the NDA or CA hiding some secret deal lol.
Please post one factual example of a CAnor NDA hiding a secret deal that occurred during or after a court ordered liquidation. I can’t even believe I had to ask that as there is no example I guarantee it
