Not to be a Naysayer, but say XL is right and insiders own 97%
Say delfin reverse merges and the MC goes to 2B. 3% of 2B is 60M. Giving away 60M just seems expensive and an IPO would be the cheaper route. Most of you know I am long TGLO but I am trying to look at all avenues.
