IMO, the longer we wait, the more likely it is that Delfin drops the mother lode of all PRs/filings. I believe it's likely that we'll get FID PR with the basic stuff outlining who, what, when, where, and how, then simultaneously we get the r/m filing with all the financial details of the names and share exchange agreements. I don't see a reason why Delfin would feel any need to go into debt for financing at this stage.
