Been around this CON very long? It hasn't changed a bit since two years ago. Matty boy lays on the BS PR thicker and heavier as it goes and then the massive DILUTION comes soon after.

This SHAM has been diluting like crazy and has done huge amounts of DILUTION after Matt claimed they had all the financing they needed from STAR Funding. That was in JULY. He's a serial LIAR as people know that have been around this CON JOB for a few years.
